Post, Pickups, and Petunias

Okay, truth time... This blog has absolutely nothing to do with petunias. I was looking for another relevant "P" word, and there was none, so I figured petunias would sound good. I apologize if you are only reading because of the potential of some really good petunia blogging, but keep reading and you may like what you read.

We wrapped principle photography at the end of July, so technically ever since we have been in Post Production. Part of that has been grabbing some pickup shots that we needed to get. I am happy to report that we even got some voice over work that we needed done for various scenes, and we have finished this stage of the process last Friday.

Below you will find some pictures of that process. One of the days was incredibly rainy, but the best cast & crew in the business stuck it out and we were able to get our shots. Another day was our last zombie shoot, where we were able to get some more of our donors to set to be zombies in the movie. And finally, we had this past Friday where we picked up the very last scene in the movie, a scene near the beginning of the movie, and the aforementioned voice overs.

The edit is going well, with the exception of a few speed bumps that I won't get into here. The movie clocks in at nearly 40 minutes of hilarity right now, and in the words of the immortal muppets, we are "moving right along."

Stay tuned!
